Westslope Cutthroat eating dries in March!

Bitterroot River - Spring Skwala Special - 2 Days/3 Nights

Spring in western Montana means one thing to serious trout anglers — the legendary Skwala stonefly hatch. FlyQuest Adventures is offering a limited Spring Skwala Package targeting prime dry fly fishing on the Bitterroot River and Clark Fork River during one of the most exciting hatches of the year.

Guests will stay at the comfortable Bitterroot River Inn, perfectly located for quick access to both fisheries. Each day is spent floating or wade fishing prime water with experienced local guides, dialing in dry fly opportunities when big trout look up for Skwalas.

This package is ideal for anglers looking to experience early-season Montana fishing before the summer crowds arrive — cold mornings, rising trout, and true springtime solitude.

Package Includes:

  • Lodging at the Bitterroot River Inn

  • Guided fishing on the Bitterroot and Clark Fork Rivers

  • Targeted Skwala hatch timing

  • Transportation to and from fishing locations from Hotel

Price: $750 per angler (double occupancy) March 10th - April 15th

Prime spring dates fill quickly. Reach out to reserve your spot for Montana’s most anticipated dry fly season.

Post runoff - As the snow still lingers in the high country, the lower-elevation Bitterroot Valley comes alive early, offering warm spring days and exceptional dry fly fishing.
